You have decided to start a new hobby or career in blogging and cannot decide which blogging tool to use. Your most likely options are Blogger and Wordpress. So which one do you go with.
If you are absolutely new to blogging and do not have your own domain and webspace, select Blogger. However if you are a slightly advanced blogger and have your own domain and webspace, select Wordpress. Wordpress comes in 2 versions: one is the basic version wordpress.com while the more advanced version which you can install on your own webhost can be downloaded from wordpress.org. The version I am recommending for advanced users is the downloadable version from wordpress.org
