- Uninspiring looks (though the black N82 looks much better than the silver)

- Lots of preinstalled licensed applications
- Symbian 9.2 with FP1 (topped with some FP2 goodies)
- GPS and Wi-fi
- Superb battery life
- Good Active plugins for standby screen

- Below Average 3.2 MP camera with pictures showing purple tinge
- Video recording limited to QVGA@15fps
- No Blackberry Connect unlike previous E-Series phones
- No Standard 3.5 mm audio jack
- No Accelerometer
- Very dull & ancient pre-installed themes
